It just wasn’t enough.
Even though I had been a fitness fan all my life, and loved learning about different ways to work out, new equipment and techniques, even though I loved being a fitness competitor – it wasn’t enough. I realized I wanted more from my relationship with health, fitness, and wellness. And what that ‘more’ was, was passing the information on to others. What good was all that knowledge if I couldn’t have it help my family and friends, and others?
It was time to start passing the information on to others, I didn’t want it to be all about me all the time. A healthy lifestyle, eating deliciously (and a lot!), feeling good all the time – not just when you’re in the gym – I knew it didn’t have to be complicated, and that people need a human connection, instead of a book or a video, to show how simple it really can be. So I started my training studio and was thrilled to work one-on-one with clients who have a variety of needs, expectations, and fears. The fact that we can, and should, work together to find a unique combination of workouts, dietary choices, and lifestyle elements is what keeps me going every day.
